How to ask Nordrep to erase your personal data.

In certain situations, you may ask NORDREP A/S to erase personal data about you. This is also known as the right to erasure under GDPR Article 17.

When can you request erasure?
You may request erasure where the data is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis, you raise a valid objection, or the data has been processed unlawfully.
When may we need to retain data?
The right is not absolute. We may be required or entitled to retain data because of accounting requirements, documentation of an agreement, security, authority requirements, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If only some data can be erased, we will explain what is retained and why.
How to submit a request
Email nordrep@pc.dk with the subject “Request for erasure of personal data”. Include your name, contact details, relationship with Nordrep and which data or matter the request concerns.
Do not send a copy of your passport or other sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request this through a secure method.
Identification and response time
We may request additional information needed to ensure that we do not disclose or erase data on behalf of the wrong person. We normally respond without undue delay and within one month. A complex request may be extended as permitted by the GDPR, in which case we will inform you.
After the data is erased
We will confirm when the request has been handled. Data may remain for a limited period in secured backups where it is not actively used and will be deleted through our normal backup cycle.
Complaints
If you disagree with our handling of your request, please contact us again. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
You may use the same contact route to request access, rectification or restriction, or to object to processing.
