HSEQ

Health, safety, environment and quality must be considered from clarification and planning through execution, reporting and follow-up.

HSEQ as part of practical delivery

Nordrep undertakes assignments where accountability, coordination and documentation may be critical. Relevant HSEQ requirements must therefore be clarified before work begins.

Working methods, risks, reporting and documentation are adapted to the specific assignment and the customer’s requirements.

Four connected areas of focus

Health

Work is planned with attention to the health and well-being of personnel.

Safety

Risks and required safety measures must be clarified before and during the work.

Environment

Environmental considerations and relevant requirements form part of project planning.

Quality

Agreed quality, documentation and responsibilities must be followed throughout delivery.

Handling incidents, observations and near misses

The exact procedure depends on the customer, assignment and applicable documentation requirements. The following workflow describes the overall principle.

01 · Respond and record

In the event of an incident, observation or near miss, the situation must be addressed and the relevant contacts informed as quickly as possible.

02 · Inform the customer and Nordrep

The relevant customer and Nordrep contacts receive the necessary information about the event.

03 · Complete the documentation

The agreed report or form is completed accurately and returned to the relevant recipients.

04 · Review and follow up

The responsible HSEQ personnel review the case and identify any corrective or preventive actions.

05 · Archive and communicate

The documentation is archived and relevant conclusions and actions are communicated to the customer.

Documentation and certificates

Relevant procedures, certificates and project-specific documentation can be provided to the extent agreed and applicable to the assignment.

The final overview of Nordrep’s current certificates and approvals must be verified and approved by Nordrep.
